Yessenia started ballet at the young age of six, and ever since then she fell in love with ballet. Not only did she love performing but she also loved receiving the opportunity to share her love of ballet on stage with an audience.

Yessenia was trained at her home studio for more than 9 years & she has danced in their performances and their competition dance team in group dances and solos. For years, Yessenia would strictly take more than seven classes to strengthen her dance. Yessenia has been trained in jazz, contemporary, technique, and most importantly ballet. She has extensive experience with pointe and partnering in ballet.  However her ballet journey does not stop there!

Yessenia was in many performances all through out her ballet journey. A few favorites being; Nutcracker, where she played the lead role Clara and Sugarplum later in the years and“The Little Mermaid” the ballet, where she played the lead role as Ariel. If given the opportunity, Yessenia continues to dance in ballet performances. Currently, she still takes only ballet classes at Riverside City College to continue to extend her knowledge with ballet.

Yessenia is excited to share the opportunity to continue her ballet journey with not only herself, but her dance students as well.
